This article describes how to use the PDF feature inside Enrich to create product sheets.
About the PDF template
You can use the PDF feature inside Enrich, to create product sheets, or to validate content by checking if the Entity is presented with the correct content.
These actions use the pre-configured HTML template type Enrich PDF Template, which is set up, managed, and edited in Control Center.
How to produce a product sheet for a selected product
Inside Enrich
do the following:
- Select the product you want to create a product sheet for in a work area.
The product gets highlighted in blue, the Overview page and its Entity card menu opens.
- Click (context menu) on the right top of the card, and select PDF.
Alternatively, you can click (PDF) on the Entity card menu or click on the context menu of the card from the query view.
The Create PDF modal opens.
- Select the Language and Template for your product sheet.
Click Create when you are done.
A PDF product sheet for this product is downloaded to your device.

Since the latest update, its been possible to configure input variables on the "Enrich PDF Template", however it doesnt seem like it is really supported? Is it possible to use variables in Enrich and if so how are they used with the Razor Syntax?
Any updates on this ?
Hi Both. Thank you for the question Christian Christiansen.
I will check internally and we will soon get back to you.
Keep the questions on articles coming! We love them! Even though I was a bit slow on this one ;)

Hi!
For "Enrich PDF Template" there should not be any possibility to use input variables (even though it seems like you can trick the UI to have input variables). For use of input variables look at the following article (with example on ):
