This article explains what to do if duplicate information seems to be created when you download an XLS file from inriver Content Store.
Problem
When you download an XLS file from inriver Content Store, you might notice that the downloaded file contains as many rows as the number of items that are assigned to the product, although the template contains only product-related attributes.
Solution
These "duplicates" are actually for the related items that your ZIP configuration hides the fields for.
You can see what the file would look like if you didn't use the ZIP configuration. You'll notice that the same data is used in the columns you now see as duplicates, but there are other values on the same row for the items that differentiate each row.
Hiding the fields with the ZIP configuration won't remove the "duplicate" rows for the items. If you don't want to see these rows, you can do one of the following things:
- Exclude the link type for Product to Item, or
- Remove the link completely in Enrich.
