Starred Entities

This article describes starred Entities and how to use them inside Enrich.

Understanding Starred Entities

Starring Entities is a way to create a list of your favorite Entities, such as products, items, and resources. This list of favorites makes it easy to access any Entities you are currently working on.

You can access your starred Entities from the Entities widget on the Dashboard as well as in the Starred entities widget in Enrich.

Viewing Starred Entities on the Inriver Dashboard

The Starred tab in the Entities widget on the Inriver Dashboard lists the last four starred Entities.
From here you can:

• Click the widget header to open a list of all your starred Entities in a separate window.
   
• Click any of the Entity cards to open the Entity overview.

Viewing Starred Entities in Enrich

The Starred entities widget in Enrich shows a list of your most recently starred Entities.
Click (Show all starred entities) in the top right corner of the widget to view a list of all your starred Entities.

Starring and Unstarring Entities

A good reason to star an Entity is if you want to differentiate it from other Entities, for quick access.

In Enrich,
do the following:

1. Click on the Entity you want to star.
   The Entity Details tab opens.
    
2. Click (Star entity) on the Entity toolbar to star the Entity.
   The star changes color, and the Entity gets added to your list of starred Entities.
   Clicking the icon again unstars the Entity, removing it from the list of starred Entities.
   Alternatively, you can star or unstar Entities from their Entity menu (Entity menu) by selecting the Star / Unstar option. This menu is also available in Work Areas.
