This article describes the Entities widget and functionality in the inriver Dashboard.

The inriver Dashboard replaces the current portal landing page. The Dashboard provides easy access to inriver functionality and applications. The top navigation bar and the dashboard widgets give you an overview of your content. Read more about the inriver Dashboard in this article.

The inriver dashboard widgets give you an overview of your content, such as entities, channels, work areas, jobs, and more. Read more about the dashboard widgets in this article.

Entities

The Entities widget lists the four Entities that were last updated in the Starred or Updated category. The list of Starred Entities is shown as default. You can switch to the Updated category by clicking the header.

The Entities window

Click the Entities widget header to open a list of your starred or updated Entities in a separate window. A maximum of 32 Entities are displayed even if more Entities have been updated in the past 24 hours - if you want to view all of the updated Entities then you can use a query. The listed Entities are presented as Entity cards with information about their Entity type, main picture, display name, and display description.

• Click the Entity card to open the Entity inside Enrich.
• Right-click the Entity card to open the Entity in a new tab or window.
