We’re excited to share that we’re evolving the way we support your journey with Inriver PIM — by upgrading our learning platform to Inriver HowNow.

This change marks a significant step forward in how we help you get more value from Inriver PIM - whether you're implementing, using, or supporting it. Through the Academy Team, we remain committed to creating content and experiences that build your knowledge, develop your confidence, and help you get the most out of our products and services.

Inriver HowNow will allow us to deliver these learning experiences in a more modern, personalized, and engaging way - designed to meet you where you are in your journey.

Why are we doing this and what you can expect

Our current platform has served us well - but we have outgrown its capabilities. We’re evolving your Academy experience - enhancing how we support your learning journey with Inriver PIM.
This is not about changing what the Academy stands for - it’s about delivering it in a better way. With Inriver HowNow, we’re introducing a more modern, personalized, and engaging learning experience that’s easier to navigate and better aligned to your goals.

What Do I Have to Do?

Here’s what to expect — and how you can prepare:

Access to Inriver Academy will end on 11 July 2025. We encourage you to complete any in-progress courses before this date.

For current active users:
Over the coming weeks, we’ll begin creating your account on Inriver HowNow.

To help ensure you receive all relevant communications, please add no-reply@gethownow.com to your safe sender list or whitelist.

For new users:

What Happens Next?

As part of setting, you up on the Inriver HowNow, you will receive further details on what to expect when you first log in & your personal invite to the new platform - by 1 July 2025.

After launch, support articles will be available, and your Customer Success Manager/Partner manager and the Academy Team will be here to help.
