Supported browsers for inriver Community

inriver Community hosted by Zendesk

At inriver we use Zendesk for the hosting of our Community. Starting June 3, 2019, Zendesk is no longer supporting Microsoft Internet Explorer for any of their products.

inriver therefore recommends changing to a supported browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari when browsing our Community and submitting tickets.

Please note that this is information does not apply for the use of inriver PIM, it is only related to using our Community. Read Supported Browsers for Control Center for inriver supported browsers.

Allow cookies for zendesk.com

Since inriver's Community hosted by Zendesk, the domain for the Community is zendesk.com. If there is a strict cookie policy within your organization, it can be necessary to specifically allow cookies for zendesk.com in order to access.
