This article explains how to set your preferred date and time format in inriver.
Note! These instructions apply to Google Chrome. Detailed instructions for other browsers are available online.
Date and time preferences
You can adjust the date and time format in inriver by setting your browser language preference order.
The Date and Time timestamp displayed when listing Modified Date information lists corresponds to the timezone setting on your computer.
Below are two examples of Date and Time views:
Date Time Format in English (US) | |
Date Time Format in Swedish |
To set date and time format
- To set your preferred Date Time viewing format, go to Settings in Google Chrome and find the section Languages.
- Select the language format you want to use to view Date and Time in Google Chrome by moving the chosen language to the top of the list of languages (if you have several).
- Select the option Move to Top in the navigation menu of that language.
Note! It is the language at the top of the list that will determine the display format for Date and Time in the Web Portal. - Once you have moved the preferred Date Time viewing language to the top, refresh your inriver page to view Date and Time in your preferred format.
Good to know
The language you place at the top of the list in Settings and use for date and time format has nothing to do with the general display language in Google Chrome. The display language is the language you want to view sites in when using Chrome, it doesn't affect date and time settings. The display language is selected with the setting Display Google Chrome in this Language.
Example
If you have placed English US at the top of the language list and selected Swedish as your display language, Date and Time will be displayed in inriver using the US format while other web pages are displayed in Swedish.
