Easter is the only time it's okay to put all your eggs in one basket!

Hi Simon ter Schegget 🙋‍♂️. Why did the Easter Bunny cross the road?
Because the chicken had his eggs.

    Hello there!

Tobias Månsson & Veerle Bosmans ready for an Easter egg hunt? Let's break an egg, oh, I mean leg!

Yesterday I baked these cookies with the kids!
The decoration was their favorite part. Hereby the recipe:

    • Entity: Recipe
    • String -> Title: Easter Cookies
    • CVL -> Ingredients: Unsalted butter, Granulated sugar, Egg, Vanilla extract, Baking powder, Salt, All-purpose flower, Royal icing (apply food coloring), Gel food coloring
    • Localestring EN -> Steps:
    1. Make the dough: In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together using a hand mixer (or stand mixer) on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add egg and vanilla and beat until combined. Turn the mixer to low speed and add baking powder and salt. Gradually add flour and mix until combined. Form the dough into a ball and wrap it tightly in plastic cling wrap. Freeze for 30 minutes or refrigerate until firm (at least 1 hour, up to overnight).
    2. Cut out the cookies: Remove the dough from refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. On a lightly floured surface, use a rolling pin to roll the dough out until it is ¼-inch thick. Use an egg-shaped cookie cutter to cut out egg cookie shapes. I used a 2-inch one. Transfer the cookies onto a half sheet baking pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, placing them an inch apart. Re-roll any scraps and repeat to cut out more cookies.
    3. Bake: Bake the cookies at 350 F preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until the edges start to turn golden brown. Let the cookies cool for a couple minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer them to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
    4. To make royal icing:

Combine ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine confectioners' sugar with meringue powder. Add water and vanilla extract and beat with a hand mixer on medium-high speed, until smooth. If you find that the icing is too thick, add a little water  (a teaspoon at a time). If you find the icing too thin, add a little more sugar.
Add colour: To colour the icing, add gel food colouring. You can also use liquid food colouring, but this will have a slight effect on the consistency of the icing. You may need to add a little more sugar to get the consistency right.

Have fun and enjoy these cookies!

I'm really looking forward to celebrate Easter by arranging an egg hunt for my children🐇, enjoying a nice extended weekend with the family and filling by belly with some Påskmust (Swedish traditional drink, similar/identical to Julmust) and filled egg halves (1/2 egg, mayonnaise, shrimp and some dill for decoration). 🐣

Jan Courtheyn #instructionsunclear 😵 I'm missing the amount for the ingredients to your eggcellent recipe... I would have Ingredient as an entity type and use a link entity with the amount on the link between the recipe and ingredient. 🎯

I would have Joel Mohlin as this years egg hunting partner. 💪

Since it's Friday feeling today, with Good Friday being a holiday in Sweden, here are some jokes.

What should you do to prepare for all the Easter treats? Eggs-ercise!

Why is the Easter Bunny such a good listener? He’s all ears.

And for all French PIM:ers out there.

Why did the Easter Bunny go on strike? Because he wanted better celery

I haven't seen Fredrik Larsson or Peter Norlander (ICP) in the egg hunt yet.

Sorry to leave you hanging Tobias Månsson but I had already gone on Easter bunny vacation. ;)

I think Marc-Andre Bechard would be an expert at finding Easter eggs. :D
