Using service center with a Mac + Safari?

    Hi Claus,

    This issue was introduced with Apple Safari 13.1 last year. Blockage of third-party cookies causes these issues when using a Zendesk application. In this article they describe the reason and workaround on how to allow cookies:

    Zendesk is working on a solution and it is on their roadmap but unfortunately, currently not with any promised release date. 

    Thanks for pointing out that clicking 'continue' does not help. I will report this to them to see if that can be fixed sooner.
