The Insights tab and getting metrics from Evaluate inside Enrich

This article provides a high-level overview of how Evaluate metrics can be accessed by a user of Enrich. 

About the Insights tab

Evaluate uses smart search technology and artificial intelligence to collect data from key marketplaces and retailer websites. The data sets are translated into user-friendly and digestible tables.

On the Insights tab of Enrich you can view the same great metrics found on the Inspire tab of Evaluate.

For each site where your product is being monitored via Evaluate you will find details about correctness of image, title, description, specs, video and enhanced content, along with a webshot of the page when we listed visited for content checks.

For each product you also have the 360-degree view: in addition to the retailer value for title you will find data for price, ratings, reviews, the Url link we track, stock and visibility information. To see this, click on the small arrow before the name of the retailer.

Key benefits of the Insights tab

• Key digital shelf metrics are available at the time of enrichment.
• Users are able to see on a single tab the metrics for each site where the product is monitored.
• There is no need to leave Enrich to benefit from the insights provided by Evaluate monitoring the digital shelf.
