Hello Community!
What an exciting time to be part of the inriver community! October has brought us lots of fun, many changes, and awesome learnings that will guide us in the upcoming months. Now November is here and we only have two months to go to the end of another amazing year in the inriver community.
Curious about what happened in October and what's coming up in November?
Good! So, Let’s go! 🤗
What’s Happening in the community?
During October, the Academy launched a new Product Item Split course, which reveals the fundamental principles behind the data organization in inriver. Also, inriver launched “Channel Insights”, which provides digital shelf analytics directly from your inriver dashboard.
For our partners we launched the inriver partner program, with events happening in different cities in the upcoming days. So, if you are a partner, don’t miss out on all the activities we have for you in the partner enablement section.
Finally, we have improved the UI & UX in the community (see the video below). In the community landing page, you can find the community sections, followed by the News and Events you just can’t miss. You will also see recommended articles and the latest activity in the community. Furthermore, if you use the community search and you think there is content missing that we should create, share with us what you were looking for in the missing content requests in the community conversations.

Academy News: New Business Consultant Certification track!
Great news! We are rolling out our new Business Consultant Certification (BC Certification) Track!
We reshaped our BC Certification, which means you will get:
- earlier and free access to the online learning content
- more time to digest the learning materials

The new BC Certification flow:
How it works?
Step 1: Enroll in the BC Certification Foundations course
This course helps you to build the foundational and theoretical base. It is free of charge with self-paced online learning materials – learn anywhere at any time. (We recommend to reserve at least 15 hours spread over the week to complete this course).
Step 2: Enroll in the BC Certification Workshops course
When you’ve built your theoretical base it is time to apply your gained skills by joining the instructor-led workshops. The workshops are held monthly starting from November 2022.
Step 3: Enroll in the BC Certification Examination course
When you think you are ready—join the automated examination, which allows you to get your results much faster.
