Hello Community!

May is over and June is here - summer is around the corner! 🌞. May brought with it exciting news about inriver: on May 19, 2022, it was announced that inriver will receive a majority investment from Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. (THL), a premier private equity firm investing in growth companies. If you would like to know more, here is the press release.

But that’s not all! A lot more is happening in inriver and the community!

What’s Happening in the community?

We are working every day to keep our knowledge base updated and with new relevant content. So far this year we have created 168 new articles and updated 532. We know that with a lot of information it can sometimes be difficult to find what you are looking for. That’s why we are constantly optimizing the articles for search. We love to hear from you and we love that we all participate in the community conversations 😍. During May, we have been able to respond the 92% of the conversations, and 87% of them have been answered in less than 24h! Our goal is to be able to respond to all posts in less than 24h, but to do that, we need you too!

Academy news – Test your knowledge!

Many of you who work with the front-end of inriver wonder whether our Business User Certification Track course would be valuable to you. We have just enabled a Business User self-assessment test in our course catalog. The test is based on basic topics covered in the Business User Certification Track course. 

• Business User self-assessment test (Partners LMS branch)
• Business User self-assessment test (Customers LMS branch)

Passing this self-assessment test with a mark of at least 80% indicates that you are familiar with most of inriver's basic front-end concepts. Of course, you are always welcome to refresh or even extend your knowledge about inriver by taking the Business User Certification Track course: 

• Business User Certification Track (Partners LMS branch)
• Business User Certification Track (Customers LMS branch)

The self-assessment test includes 20 questions. There is no time limit to complete the test, but you need to complete all the questions in one go. This means that the system does not allow users to save progress and return to the remaining questions at a later date.
