Some Resources are not included in Content Store

This is a troubleshooting article on possible cause for discrepancy between the resources in a Channel and those in a specific inriver Content Store.

Problem

Some resources are not in content store despite them being in the channel of that particular Content Store.

Solution

Check the inriver content store configuration for the affected content store.

Ensure that selected channel name under Channel, is the name for that content store's channel.

Also, confirm that the channel is published and that it contains channel nodes with entities.
