Hello Community!

Spring is coming! 🌻 – finally! – and as in nature, we are prepared to bloom. During the past 6 months we have planned and began executing initiatives to improve the community experience, so keep reading to find out more!

What’s Happening in the community?

We are now more than 10,000 users in the community! 🤩

It’s been more than a year since the inriver community as we know it today was created. A lot of work has been done since then, and we are now seeing the results 🍀. As we continue to grow, our goal is to continue delivering the best content to our users. We also want to share with you that over the next months we will start sharing knowledge in different content formats, so be sure to keep an eye out!

As mentioned before, we have started implementing some activities in the community to enhance your experience. Here are the activities we have started doing:

• Community Talks! – every week we share some fun topics in our group join the fun!
• Community Highlights – every month we share the latest news of what’s happening and what is coming up in the community. Please follow this section to receive an email every time a new post is published.
• Update of Knowledge base – we are continuously working on optimising the articles in the knowledge base, so you find the right information at the right moment in every search.
• We answer in the community conversations! – we want you to share your questions, discoveries, and ideas in the community. We are working on answering your questions in the community conversations as soon as possible. Like you, we love learning new things every day 🤓. As you know, here in the community you can find a lot of information about inriver PIM, but sometimes finding the right information is not so easy. Therefore, we want to share with you some quick tips that will help you search for better results in the community:

• Write each term/word separately. (ex. instead of livechat - write live chat)
• You can filter your results first by content type (knowledge base article or community post) and then by category or community topic.
• When you find the right article, don't forget to scroll down and click "yes" in "Was this article helpful", and if you find the right community post, don't forget to vote.

What’s coming?

March is women's month 🌹 and here at inriver we are proud of all the women that have joined us through the journey in building the best PIM company.
