Field in 'pending' state in inriver Contribute even after approval in inriver Supplier Onboarding portal

This article explains why a field for an entity shows as Pending state in Contribute, after you have approved the field in Supplier Onboarding App. 

Question 

You have approved /partially approved a field in Supplier Onboarding.

The field for the Entity still shows as 'Pending' in Contribute. If you hover the mouse over 'Pending' it will display - 'Field changes are waiting to be imported'.

Answer

Go to Supplier Onboarding Portal -> Imports -> Pending Imports -> Click on Import(s) listed here

It will open up a window with details regarding New and Current value of the field(s) that were changed. Click Import.

The Entity will now be updated in Contribute without showing 'Pending' state.
