When performing an import, export, syndication or completeness calculation sometimes a job can become stuck, preventing all other queued items from processing. This can happen due to a job running that has an error for example. At this time clearing the stuck message or job is something that is not available in the UI. Please contact Support by either submitting a ticket or using the Live Chat option.
Is this on the roadmap to get fixed or make available in the UI? Some type of alert when there is a stuck message would be huge as well. Most of the time we do not find out things are jammed until its been a while
Hi kevin hunzeker, I do not have a timeline, however you can you in and vote on the product idea around cancelling long running jobs here.
The product management team has tagged it with Considering, meaning " The flag "Considering" means we consider the post an interesting idea, not yet taken into the product backlog, and that there is a need for additional information and interaction to get a better understanding. "

Looks like I already upvoted that one, but I left a comment with my take.
I believe it is now possible in the UI to cancel a job so perhaps this article should be updated now?
