Password recovery for the academy portal

If you have forgotten your password

• Go to the branch you signed up on
  • https://learning.inriver.academy for customers or
  • https://partner.inriver.academy for partners
• Click  LOGIN 
• Click forget password and enter your email.
• A password recovery link is sent to your email.
• In the email, click the link, enter a new password then click Reset password. Your password has now been changed and you can log in as usual.
