Filtering the overview based on a time interval in planner

This article describes how you can filter Marketing activities based on a time interval. The time interval can be fixed with a from and a to date or show everything from a specific date or everything to a specific date.

To filter marketing activities using a fixed time interval

1. In the Planner, click Overview to open the Gantt chart that shows the Marketing activities.
   
   
2. In the toolbar in the top right corner, there is a checkbox for Fixed Dates. 
   
   
3. Check this checkbox. 
   
   
4. Enter or select a date in the From and To fields to set a fixed date interval. 
   
   
5. The list of marketing activities is filtered to show activities that occur within this interval.

To filter marketing activities from a specific date

1. In Planner, click Overview to open the Gantt chart that shows the Marketing activities.
   
   
2. In the toolbar in the top right corner, there is a checkbox for Fixed Dates. 
   
   
3. Check this checkbox. 
   
   
4. Enter or select the date in the From field and leave the To field blank
   
   
5. The list of marketing activities is filtered to show activities from this date and forward to filter away activities before this date.
   

To filter marketing activities to a specific date

1. In Planner, click Overview to open the Gantt chart that shows the Marketing activities.
   
   
2. In the toolbar in the top right corner, there is a checkbox for Fixed Dates. 
   
   
3. Check this checkbox. 
   
   
4. Enter or select the date in the To field and leave the From field blank
   
   
5. The list of marketing activities is filtered to show activities To this date and filter away activities after this date.
