Logs not showing up when doing log searching in inriver Control Center

Question

Logs are not showing up when I search for logs in Control Center. Where do I find them?

Answer 

We archive the environment inriver Control Center log after 24 hours and these are available for download as a csv file from the Control Center - Logs. We don´t have an expiration date so you should be able to find all logs written to the inriver logs.
