Error when logging in to inriver Contribute

About the error message

When trying to log in to inriver Contribute, you may get an error notification saying "Unexpected error! The system experienced an unexpected error. The error has been logged. Please contact support if this problem persists."

Solution

If you encounter the above error message you can use the following workarounds:

• Try opening and logging in using an incognito window.
• Clear all cache/cookies/browser history. Read more in this article.
• If none of the above works, try logging in via a different browser.
• If the issue still persists, submit a support ticket. Read more in this article.
