This article explains why you get an error message when trying to set a password in Content Store.

About the Error Message
When trying to set a password in Content Store you may get a notification saying "Could not set your password. Please contact the administrator of this service for support.".
This happens if you try to set a password that doesn't comply with the password policy for Content Store.
Make sure to set a password that complies with the password policy for Content Store:
- The password must be at least 8 and max 32 characters long
- Passwords must have at least one non-alphanumeric character
- Passwords must have at least one lowercase ('a'-'z')
- Passwords must have at least one uppercase ('A'-'Z')
Note! The special characters & and # cannot be used when setting a Content Store password.
If you still get an error message despite following the password policy, try replacing the special character(s) you have selected with other non-alphanumerical characters.
