How do I build a transfer to GS1 within the functionalities of inriver

What is the easiest way to build a transfer to GS1 within the functionalities of inriver?
How do other customers prepare GS1 exports?

Answer

Our customers turn to our partner network when they need to send data to GS1. We have a couple of partners who have created adapters for GS1. Along with the adapter, they modify the Data Model with new Entities to support the process, and they provide HTML templates to work with the data. So it is a complete solution. Most importantly, they manage the continuous updates to the GS1 mappings and rules.

Why not use inriver Syndicate?

The feed is too complicated with conditional tabs. Also, GS1 has a lot of rules - "If this then that". In most scenarios you can't just export raw data. For example, a rule could be "If the product has a battery then provide export data for customs".

The MultiTab functionality for Advanced Excel Extension can populate several sheets at the same time, but it does so by adding the same amount of rows. It does not populate sheets conditionally.
