There are a number of problems that can manifest from cached data. One of these problems that could happen on inRiver iPMC is getting a wrong icon for a certain entity.
In order to get back the correct icons, all you need to do is a so called "hard Refresh" of your browser, or try accessing the system in Incognito mode (Private browsing mode).
