Inriver Content Store ZIP configuration

This article describes how front end users can change ZIP configurations in a content store.

Zip configuration

You can create new and edit existing configurations for the downloaded ZIP files in [user name] > Settings > Zip Configuration. The ZIP configurations can be selected in the content store view when clicking the arrow icon on the Zip button.

To add a new ZIP configuration

1. In Content Store, click the user name in the upper right corner and select Settings. Then click the Zip Configuration tab.
2. To add a new configuration, click +New Configuration.
3. Select the Entity type to use for the configuration and then select which entity Field types to include in the ZIP file.
4. Under Languages, select which languages you want to download the information in.

To edit a ZIP configuration

1. In Content Store, click the user name in the upper right corner and select Settings. Then click the Zip Configuration tab.
2. To edit an existing ZIP configuration, select the configuration you want to edit in the Select Configuration field.
3. You can then select a different Entity type, add or remove Field types, and add or remove Languages.
   
   
4. If the content store is set up to work with SKU fields, a SKU Fields selection box will show up in the left-hand pane of the Zip configuration screen.
