Publications
The Publications widget lists the five first publications in the order of creation. Use the widget header to open a modal window listing all publications.
The publications are presented as entity cards with the publication name as heading. If completeness is set up for any of the entity types included in the publication, a progress bar that shows the overall completeness of all entities in the publication is shown. If no completeness is set up, the progress bar is not shown.
- Click the entity card to open the channel in Plan & Release.
- Right-click the entity card to open the channel in a new tab or window.
The publications window
Click the Publications widget header to open a list of all your publications in a separate window. The first publication in the list is selected as default.
The Publications window contains panels with detailed information about the content of each publication.
To open the publication in Plan & Release, click the Open in Plan & Release button. Right-click the button to open the publication in a new tab or window.
Publication Completeness
The overall completeness of the publication is presented as a chart and is calculated based on the number of Completed entities and the Total number of entities that are in scope for completeness within the publication.
Panels
Each entity type that can be linked to a publication has a separate panel in the Publications window. The panel header shows the entity type name and a small completeness chart.
The completeness for a specific entity type is calculated based on the number of Completed entities of that type and the Total number of entities of that type within the publication.
Note: If completeness is set up for an entity type, the number of Completed entities and the completeness chart for that entity are shown. If no completeness is set up, the information is not shown. |
