What does the test button do?

What does the Test-button, in the control center?

Answer

It depends:

When you click Test it triggers a method in the extension called Test. What this method does is completely up to the developer of the extension, thus we can not say what the button does more than that. However, when the method is done, the inriver System excepts some text (a string) to be sent back from the extension. This text is what you see popping up in the down-right corner after you click on test.
