This article explains how to uninstall the cloud version and the on-prem version of Content Store.
Note! Only users with an assigned administrator role can access the Content Store back end in the Web Portal.
To uninstall the cloud version
- Go to the Web Portal > Content Store and remove all content stores.
Note! Once you have uninstalled Content Store, contact inriver to make sure that Content Store is removed from your license.
To uninstall the on-prem version
- Go to the Web Portal > Content Store and remove all content stores.
- In Publish, verify that there is no xConnect connector.
- Uninstall inriver xConnect from the server, under Add/remove programs.
- Delete the xConnect database.
Note! Once you have uninstalled Content Store, contact inriver to make sure that Content Store is removed from your license.
