inRiver works with both Product Ideas and Bugs to continuously improve as well as ensure that the system is working as designed.
In this article we explain the difference between a Product Idea and a Bug and how we enable you to either submit a product idea or register a bug.
When to submit a Bug
A bug is when the system is not working as designed and the expected behavior of the system fail.
If you have identified a bug in inRiver submit a support ticket with the necessary information for us to reproduce the issue. Read more here: How to Create a Support Ticket to the Support Team?
When to submit a Product Idea
A product idea is an improvement to the system, either a new feature or a suggested modification to an existing feature. If you have several suggestions try to keep them as separate product ideas which makes it easier for the community to vote and comment on them separately.
If you have identified a product idea in inRiver follow these instructions: Posting a Product Idea in the Community.
