Can you be more specific about "Firewall checkers". What ports are required to access the Web Portal?
There is no published list of sites that are blocked from access in China, so independent tools have been made available to check if specific addresses are accessible. An example of such a tool would be: https://www.websitepulse.com/tools/china-firewall-test
The web portal is accessed through the standard HTTPS port 443, which is widely accessible from most locations.
Thanks Jonas, coincidentally I found the same site by googling and apparently the ports are open.
What we do not understand is why our China resources cannot access the Web Portal (the login fails) since 14/12/2020.
