About the adapter
The inriver Schema-Based Outbound Adapter is used to output data as XML and can also export media files. Typically, it can be used to output data in a standardized format, which then can be processed by an external system or interim processor for sending to one or many systems downstream.
The information that is output is:
- Entity field values
- Specifications
- CVL values
- Media files
XML and media are saved in any Azure storage or Amazon S3 bucket as files that you have set up.
Note! Azure storage location and Amazon S3 is not considered as part of the adapter and need to be managed separately by the customer.
