Two years ago, inriver announced our new SaaS solution, the inriver cloud service. At that time, we informed our legacy on-premise customers that we would no longer be developing new product features for the old product and would be focusing our R&D and new feature development on the inriver cloud version.
This year, we launched an attractive migration plan for all customers, to help them transition to the latest cloud release and receive continuous updates, bug fixes and patches as they use the inriver cloud service.
For our legacy customers still on inriver 6.3, we will continue to release service packs for 6.3 but from now on we will focus on Critical bugs affecting system stability to be included and old product features, not any new features.
If you are interested in learning more about upgrading your contract to the new product with all feature updates, please Contact us you can also research more on the subject by reading Migrate to the inriver cloud on our inriver Community.
Moving forward, we will go through registered bugs and close bugs not considered as critical for inriver 6.3, starting on the 7th of October 2019.
If you have a registered bug on 6.3 or older versions and that bug is not critical, you will receive an update in your support ticket. In the update you will be informed that your bug is not considered to be critical and you will also be informed about what you can do if you do not agree with the set priority.
