Inriver is moving towards more incremental, smaller releases to better and faster accommodate our customers. With smaller, more frequent releases, Inriver can improve release quality and transparency and identify and mitigate erroneous behavior much faster.

Please see below for the deployed features and improvements:
General
- Work area tabs now retain their state when you switch between them. Previously, switching to another tab and back could reset your search results, table data, selected entities, and pagination, causing the tab to reload from scratch. Now, card view keeps each tab's data, selection, and position, so returning to a previously visited tab shows it exactly as you left it.
- It has been implemented that the in-progress view of the visual workflow editor now provides an "Open In Table View" option, allowing workflow users to open the entities currently in progress - either all of them or only those in a selected step - directly in the table view.
- Users can now duplicate workflow steps using a duplicate icon on each step node or Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V keyboard shortcuts. This avoids the need to manually recreate similar steps from scratch, saving time when building workflows with repeated configurations.
- It has been implemented so that the entities:fetchdata REST API endpoint responds significantly faster when working with large numbers of entities and their links, reducing latency and the likelihood of request throttling under heavy load.
- It has been implemented that the dynamic grid now handles work area tab instances more reliably, keeping the correct grid state per tab instead of treating all tabs as a single instance.
Inspire
- We have removed the "Include context" override from Inspire Translate in the Details tab and Workflow Agents. Translation context is now governed by the active Translate Configuration.
Please see below for the deployed bug fixes:
General
- We have applied a solution to ensure that the correct workflow assignment name is displayed when switching between assignments.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that a deactivated CVL value that is still selected on an entity can be removed in Enrich.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that specification fields formatted with HTML now return complete and valid HTML through the REST API even when one or more specification entries are left empty. Previously, the generated HTML could be missing closing tags, which caused broken or inconsistent formatting for consumers of the API. The output now remains correctly structured regardless of whether all entries contain values.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that specification fields formatted with HTML now render complete and valid HTML in the Portal even when one or more specification entries are left empty. Previously, the generated HTML could be missing closing tags, which caused broken or inconsistent formatting in the UI. The rendered content now remains correctly structured regardless of whether all entries contain values.
- Improved the delete confirmation dialog for entities with very long names or content. The dialog content is now limited in height and becomes scrollable when it exceeds the available screen space, ensuring that the confirmation buttons remain visible and accessible.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that the Character Count is now displayed for string fields when the NumberOfRows setting is configured.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that Plan & Release no longer displays ChannelNode-to-ChannelNode link types in the Table View Includes tab. The Table View now consistently follows the existing filtering behavior of the standard view.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that boolean fields configured with a toggle button are now displayed as a single button showing the selected value.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that CVL and Boolean fields use a contrast-based text color when only one color is configured, improving readability.
Inspire
- We have applied a solution to ensure that the Inspire Generate Agent completes successfully and generates values for all targeted CVL fields, even when two or more of those fields are based on the same CVL (for example, Yes/No). Previously, the job failed with an unexpected error and no values were generated for such configurations.
