Inriver is moving towards more incremental, smaller releases to better and faster accommodate our customers. With smaller, more frequent releases, Inriver can improve release quality and transparency and identify and mitigate erroneous behavior much faster.

Please see below for the deployed features and improvements:
General
- Language Roles can now be managed programmatically through the inRiver REST API. You can list, retrieve, create, update, and delete Language Roles, and assign or remove Language Roles for a user, supporting automated user onboarding workflows.
- It has been implemented that Work Area and Field filtering now displays a “No results found” message when the search query does not match any available records, instead of displaying the complete list.
Inspire
- It has been implemented that Inspire Translate now respects configured punctuation rules during glossary/terms list enhancement, preventing unwanted trailing punctuation across all target languages.
- It has been implemented that documents linked to a product (e.g., PDFs) can now be included as input for AI-generated text via Inspire, in addition to images — configured separately and attached automatically when generating text for a configured field.
Please note! Support for selecting documents by specific ID (unlinked from the product) has been added to the configuration but is not yet active while its requirements are finalized; it is expected to be enabled in a future update. Only documents linked via the product's existing entity relationships are supported at this time.
Please see below for the deployed bug fixes:
General
- We have applied a solution to ensure that Segment expressions are updated correctly based on the field changes defined in the expression.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that CVL filters in the Work Area display only values available in the currently loaded entities and are refreshed after additional data is loaded, keeping the filter options up to date.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that the DateTime picker remains open after a selection, preventing it from closing immediately.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that the "Workspace Template" HTML Template type can be selected in Control Center for environments where only Workflows 2 is enabled.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that Partner Admins and Customer Admins can edit user details and create or manage users in an environment even when their own account has not previously been added as a local user in that environment. Customer Admins must still have a valid relationship to the customer/environment to make changes.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that each SSO login attempt requires the user to authenticate with their Identity Provider, preventing a scenario where a different user from the same email domain could inadvertently access a previously logged-in user's session without being prompted for credentials.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that completeness events are published reliably when completeness is recalculated for an entity type, so that entities reaching or leaving full completeness are always reported correctly to connected integrations.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that child CVL values remain visible in the table view, even when they are incompatible with the selected parent CVL value.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that when opening an entity from the Workflow Assignments list, it now consistently opens in the workspace configured for that assignment, instead of sometimes opening in a different, previously used workspace. This also ensures that the "Allow users to switch workspaces" setting configured for an assignment is correctly applied.
