Sections in the article
Our community hosts an area where you can share and vote on ideas to help improve our products.
The ideas area is provided by Aha!, a third-party service embedded in the community. It uses a separate account from your community.inriver.com login, even though it carries inriver branding.
Symptom
When you click Vote, a popup prompts you to log in. If you use the email and password saved in your browser, you may see the error Email or password were incorrect.
Cause
That is because the popup is asking for your Aha! password. If you've voted or shared an idea before, you created a password for it during registration.
How to fix it
Your Aha! password is saved under customercommunity.ideas.aha.io, not community.inriver.com, so it usually isn't the first suggestion your password manager offers. Clear the pre-filled email field and click into it again to see the full list of saved logins, then pick the aha.io.
If you can't find your aha.io password, follow the Forgot password link in the popup and set up a new one.
