Inriver is moving towards more incremental, smaller releases to better and faster accommodate our customers. With smaller, more frequent releases, Inriver will be able to increase the quality and transparency of the releases and identify and mitigate any erroneous behavior that may be caused by the release much faster.

Brand Store v2
Improvements
Exclude Data option added to Download Assets only
Store Users can now download assets without any accompanying data files. Previously, every download included a Data-file at the root of the zip and matching data files inside each sub-directory, even when only the resource files themselves were needed.
Selecting "Exclude Data" from the Download Assets as dropdown produces a zip containing only resource files — no Data-file at the root or within sub-directories. Existing download modes are unchanged and continue to include data files by default.
Who benefits: Store Users needing clean, resource-only exports for downstream systems or other purpose.
Control over same-type parent data flattening
Store Admins can now decide whether data from a same-type parent entity — such as a Product that's the parent of another Product in a bundle — gets flattened onto the child record. Previously this data was always flattened, which could pull attributes from an unrelated parent or bundle level onto a child entity's shared data.
The control appears in the Model step, for stores of the “Flattened” store type, next to any entity that has a same-type relationship in the data model, such as Product-to-Product. Turning it off excludes same-type parent data at every level of the chain — there's no partial, "one level up" option; turning it on restores full flattening. New stores default to off, so flattening starts clean.
Who benefits: Store Admin Users configuring data models with bundles, kits, or other same-type parent-child structures.
Bugs
| # | Area | Fix |
| 1 | Download | Downloads could stall or fail with an internal error on some stores, even well under the documented large-download threshold. The data script generation has been changed to stream rather than build fully in memory, resolving the failures. |
