Inriver is moving towards more incremental, smaller releases to better and faster accommodate our customers. With smaller, more frequent releases, Inriver will be able to increase the quality and transparency of releases and identify and mitigate any erroneous behaviour much faster.

Please see below for the deployed features and improvements:
General
- It has been implemented that Partner Admins in Control Center can elevate Customer Users to Customer Admin directly from the User Management module, using the same Admin toggle that Customer Admins already have access to. Additionally, both Partner Admins and Customer Admins can now de-elevate a Customer Admin back to a Customer User role. All role changes are recorded in the audit trail. Please note! This feature is only visible if the logged-in user has the Customer Admin or Partner Admin role.
- We've moved the Save and Reload workflow buttons in the Workflow Builder to the right side of the toolbar, separating them from the mode switch button.
Inspire
- It has been implemented that languages on respective Inspire applications will be disabled when language access is only "read"/language access has been enabled.
Please see below for the deployed bug fixes:
General
- We have applied a solution to ensure that the workflow steps and table load correctly when switching from edit view to read-only view (Default view, opened via workflow name). Previously, an unexpected error could occur during this transition, preventing the workflow from displaying properly.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that line breaks inserted into a field are properly detected and recorded as changes.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that the Admin checkbox in Control Center User Management now appears correctly for Customer Admins whose email address contains uppercase letters. Previously, a difference in letter casing between the signed-in user's email and the stored email prevented the user from being recognized as an administrator, hiding the Admin checkbox and the ability to grant access to other users. Email matching is now case-insensitive, so administrators are reliably recognized and can manage user access as expected.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that the warning message shown when unselecting the default user role no longer incorrectly states that Single Sign-On (SSO) will be disabled for the environment. The message now accurately explains that new users will need to be provisioned before they can sign in, while SSO continues to function as normal.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that drag & drop sorting of Completeness Rules and Completeness Groups in Control Center now places the rule or group exactly where it is dropped. In addition, an Index column is now visible in both the Completeness Rules and Completeness Groups grids, allowing sort order to be set directly by entering a number — consistent with how other building blocks in inRiver expose their index.
Please note! For Completeness Groups, the new sort order is saved automatically after each drag operation. For Completeness Rules, the new order is saved when the page-level Save button is clicked. - We have applied a solution to ensure that when a language cannot be deleted due to it being referenced by a Print Edition, the Control Center now displays a clear error notification explaining the reason for the failure, instead of silently failing with no feedback to the user.
