Brand Store v2
New Features
Brand Store Analytics Dashboard
Brand Store v2 now includes built-in usage analytics that give Store Admin Users clear visibility into how the stores are being used, including user access and data downloads at the storefront level.
The dashboard surfaces key metrics such as user access and downloads, with trends over time. All metrics use clear labels and align directly with the events tracked by the platform, so users can trust what they see and act on it with confidence.
Who benefits: Store Admin Users who need store-level insights without complex reporting tools.
Access: Available as part of Brand Store – Store Admin in PIM portal. Analytics are available in Store Admin based on existing BrandStore_Admin permission.
Improvements
Show information about Created date in Store list
Information about when a store was created has now been added to the Store list.
Who benefits: Store Admin Users can now see the date when a store was created.
Original resource format is now optional in store configuration
Store Admin Users can now control whether the “Original” resource format is available to Store Users when downloading assets. Previously, Original was always included and could not be removed from the store configuration.
This is useful when original files, such as PSD files, are stored in the PIM but are not intended for Store User access, for example when transformation logic is used to generate the specific formats that should be made available for download.
To remove Original, deselect it in the Model step when configuring the store. Note that at least one resource format must remain selected.
Who benefits: Store Admins who want to control which resource formats are exposed to Store Users.
Store Admins can now control whether related data is included in search results
Store Admins can now choose whether related data is included in search results or shown exclusively on the Product Details Page. Previously, when related data relationships were configured in the store, they were always included in search results - even when only needed at the product level.
A new toggle, "Include related data in search result", is available in the Model step of the Store configuration wizard:
- Off - Related data is excluded from search results but remains visible on the Product Details Page
- On - Related data is included in search results in addition to the Product Details Page
This gives Store Admins more precise control over search result content, helping keep results focused and performant.
Who benefits: Store Admins configuring store search behavior.
Improved layout and usability of storefront sidebar filters
The sidebar filters in the Brand Store have been updated with improved spacing and a more visible selection counter and accessible "Clear All Filters" option, making it easier to browse and refine search results.
Who benefits: Store Users interacting with storefront filters
