Please see below for the deployed features and improvements:
General
It has been implemented so that the message confirmation displayed during the deletion of a work area now explicitly identifies the specific work area targeted for removal. This enhancement improves clarity and reduces the risk of unintended deletions.
It has been implemented that when a user selects "View entity in workflow," the confirmation dialog now clearly explains that the destination is a read-only workflow view. Additionally, the workflow builder page now displays a "Read Only" badge to clearly indicate that the view is for review purposes only and editing is not available.
It has been implemented that users can now navigate seamlessly between the Workflow In Progress and History views without losing context. A new "View in progress" button has been added to the History page, allowing users to return directly to the In Progress view they came from.
Inspire
It has been implemented so that Inspire includes a feature enabling text regeneration with additional contextual input derived from the glossary terms list. When this functionality is enabled for a specific Inspire field, the process executes a structured sequence: initial text generation, identification of matching glossary terms, and subsequent regeneration of the text incorporating the relevant glossary context to improve accuracy and consistency.
Please see below for the deployed bug fixes:
General
We have applied a solution to ensure that the selected card retains its active color state after changes are saved.
We have applied a solution to ensure that FieldType settings values are no longer truncated when they exceed 100 characters.
We have applied a solution to ensure that DeleteFile() no longer clears Resource fields or resets revisions. The method now deletes only the file binary, preserving entity data and preventing revision mismatch errors in subsequent updates.
We have applied a solution to ensure that the displayValue field is now correctly populated for CVL field types when calling the Get Specification Summary endpoint.
We have applied a solution to improve the display of locale strings on scaled displays and medium-sized screens in the new UI, ensuring text elements have adequate space and render correctly without layout issues.
We have applied a solution to ensure that text no longer overlaps in the side panel when no search results are found.
We have applied a solution to ensure that the “Update search query” action retrieves the query associated with the specific item highlighted in the active window.
