Inriver is moving towards more incremental, smaller releases to better and faster accommodate our customers. With smaller, more frequent releases, Inriver will be able to increase the quality and transparency of the releases and identify and mitigate any erroneous behaviour that may be caused by the release much faster.

Brand Store v2

New Features
Configurable column headers in download files
Store Admins can now configure whether field type IDs or field names are used as column headers in Brand Store download files. When renamed fields are configured in the store, those names are used automatically regardless of the selected option. This enhancement provides greater flexibility for store configuration and can improve usability for store users.

Configurable naming and folder structure for downloaded media
Store Admins can now define naming conventions and folder structures for media assets downloaded from the Brand Store, creating a consistent and organized format for files. This enhancement improves usability for Store Users and restores functionality previously available in Content Store, helping ensure backward compatibility when migrating to Brand Store.

Improvements

Renamed fields carried over during Content Store migration
Renamed field configurations from Content Store are now automatically included when migrating a store to Brand Store v2. Previously, these had to be reconfigured manually after migration.

Smarter user invitation emails
The email flow for invited users has been updated:

• New users (not previously added to any store) receive the generic "set password" email
• Existing users receive a standard invitation email informing them of store access

Note: Emails triggered via user import are still being reviewed. Further updates are planned for the April release.
 

Copy Open Store URL - confirmation feedback
When copying the Open Store URL on the Review step in the Store Admin wizard, a popup notification now confirms the URL has been copied to the clipboard.
Prerequisite: The Open Store capability must be enabled.
