Release notes: Dec 18th, 2025

Inriver is moving towards more incremental, smaller releases to better and faster accommodate our customers. With smaller, more frequent releases, Inriver will be able to increase the quality and transparency of the releases and identify and mitigate any erroneous behaviour that may be caused by the release much faster.

Visual Workflow Builder - now available in all environments with workflow

All customers who have workflow can now create a new visual workflow or convert their older workflows to a new visual workflow.  

What’s New

• Visual builder - Design workflows with a drag-and-drop interface. No coding, no complexity — just faster creation and easier adoption across teams.

• Conditional logic - Create rule-based decisions directly in workflows. Automate what was manual before — from category-specific paths to market-based enrichment rules.

• Branching & parallel flows - Run multiple paths at once. Entities can move through different stages simultaneously, cutting delays and enabling true multi-team collaboration

• Multiple Triggers/Entry Points - Start workflows from various entry points — product updates, channel changes, or data conditions — for smarter, event-driven automation.

• Expanded conditions - Use new condition types — expressions, queries, entity/fieldset, and field rules — to build more precise and adaptable workflows.

• Long-running job for Inspire Agents, run agents in the workflow as background processes (which requires Inspire as an add-on)
