Troubleshooting download and cart issues

This article helps you resolve common issues you may encounter when working with carts and downloads in the new Brand Store.

Download Limit Reached

If you see the message "Download Limit Reached" it means you have three active downloads in progress and you tried to start a new one. 

Possible cause

Parallel downloads are limited to three at a time.

Proposed action

Wait for one of your current downloads to complete before starting a new one.

Contacting support

If these steps do not resolve the issue, contact your system administrator or submit a support ticket with details about:

• The action you were trying to perform
• The exact error message displayed
• The time the error occurred
