Searching, filtering, and finding details in the new Brand Store

This article explains how to search, filter, and refine product content in the new Brand Store. You can use free-text search, field-based filters, and multi-value input to quickly find the content you need. You can also open a detailed view of each result and share or download your selections.

Using the search bar

The search bar at the top of the Brand Store lets you enter any word, number, or product name. It searches all searchable fields, including item numbers, names, descriptions, and attributes.

• Use partial words to find all matching content (e.g., shirt returns t-shirt, shirtsleeve, etc.)
• The search is case-insensitive
• Search works in all languages available in your store

Using filters

You can filter your results using the left-hand filter panel. Filters are based on Field values configured for your store, such as categories, media types, usage, or taxonomy terms.

• Select one or more values in a filter group to narrow results
• Filters apply instantly
• You can combine multiple filters to refine your view

Searching for multiple values

You can search for multiple SKUs or values at once by entering them into the search bar, separated by a delimiter (for example, a semicolon):

123456;123457;123458

• In the example above, the semicolon works as an OR operator, matching any of the values
• This works best with exact values like article numbers or IDs
• The delimiter, whether a space, a comma, or a semicolon, depends on the store settings. Ask the shop administrator for more details on how multi-search is set up.

Viewing product details

Clicking any product opens a detailed view with all available information about that asset. This includes general metadata, file information, and download options.

• Details are grouped into collapsible sections
• Use Filter to filter the available collapsible sections (Category) and change the localized data (Language).
• Click Add to cart to include the item in your cart
• Click Share to share the product via a link
• Use Tab or List to change the layout
• Use to change the asset format
• Check the Other Related Products section for variants or related resources

Sharing search and filter combinations

Click the (Share current search query) icon to generate a link to your current search, filters, and sort order. Anyone with the link (and access) can view the same result.
