This article explains how to log in to the new Brand Store and manage your personal settings, including language and password.
When login is not required
Some Brand Stores are publicly accessible and do not require sign-in. If you receive a link to an open store, you can start browsing and downloading content right away. You won’t see login or password fields in this case.
If login is required for your store, follow the steps below.
Logging in
- Go to the Brand Store URL cataloghub.com.
- Enter your username (email address) and password.
If your account is connected to more than one store, you can select which store you want to access. Otherwise, you'll be taken directly to your assigned store.
You're now logged in to a brand store.
Changing your password and language
Inside the store
do the following:
- Click your user name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
The User Settings modal opens, where you can:
- See your User Information, like First Name and Last Name.
- Change Language – this updates the localized fields of product data.
- Change password
The user settings menu lets you update your language and password. Password requirements:
- 8–32 characters in length
- At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
- At least one non-alphanumeric character
- Click Save Changes when you are done.
About Data Configuration
A data configuration is a way to customize the types of data you download from a brand store. You can save and use a data configuration when downloading content from a brand store. This way, you can limit the type of data to what you deem necessary. See Creating a data configuration for more information.

Where can i find your documentation on how to configure SSO for a brand store; how to register the brand store application with our Identity Provider which is Microsoft Entra ?
Shawn Monighan Hi! What you're looking for is admin functionality. As per this article https://community.inriver.com/hc/en-us/articles/23997472867484-How-to-manage-store-users you need to reach out to your Account Manager to set up SSO for Brand Store. Let me know if that doesn't answer your question.
No, I am looking for documentation about how to configure SSO for the brand store environments and/or an InRiver resource who has the knowledge on how to configure SSO.
Who is our Account Manager and what is their contact information?
Shawn Monighan Account info has been provided to you via the support ticket you raised. Our team is currently working on your SSO request!
