inriver is moving towards more incremental, smaller releases to be able to accommodate our customers in a better and faster way. - For our Syndicate Plus users, we have implemented a solution that allows users to select a name when downloading exports from the outbox.
Please see below for the deployed bug fixes:
- We have applied a solution to ensure a workflow assignment summary email is sent approximately 10 minutes after a specific user's workflow assignments are updated. This email provides a personalized and aggregated summary of new and existing assignments.
- We have applied a solution to increase the success rate of downloads via Brand Store while using Output Templates (PDF downloads) with larger quantities of products. The solution includes moving the generation of output PDFs to the browser and client side, avoiding server-side time-outs.
Note! Downloading large packages from Brand store might still take longer time.
Note! This fix also comes with a user behavioural change: you need to accept pop-ups, else no download will happen -
We have applied a solution to ensure the Brandstore HTML template no longer crashes. The processing of files has been moved from the server to the client side, allowing the browser to handle it efficiently. Previously, this issue resulted in a Server Error (500). The template should now work seamlessly without crashes.
