inriver is moving towards more incremental, smaller releases to be able to accommodate our customers in a better and faster way. With smaller, more frequent releases, inriver will be able to increase the quality and transparency of the releases and identify and mitigate any erroneous behavior that may be caused by the release much faster.
Please see below for the deployed features and improvements:
- It has now been implemented so that user redirection in the Portal is controlled by the AssignmentDashboardOnLogin permission. This enhancement aims to improve the user experience within workflows.
- It has now been implemented so that users working with linked entities in Enrich can remove all links for an entity link type in one operation from the Details card view. This enhancement improves efficiency by enabling the removal of irrelevant links between entities.
Note! Only a user with the permission "DeleteAllLinksForLinkType" can see the function "Remove all relations" in the context menu for each entity link type - It has now been implemented to ensure that in extensions, there is an additional validation added to make sure that it's not possible to create duplicate links in the system.
-
It has now been implemented that admin users of inriver PIM can view data model metrics of their customer data model via a dashboard in the Control Center. Please note that this feature is only available in the Production stack.
Please see below for the deployed bug fixes:
- We have applied a solution to ensure that when editing an already executed query, the selected box no longer disappears when switching from "Equals" or "Contains Any" to another condition after removing a condition from the query.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that fallback SmallThumbnail images for certain resource files now display correctly in the 'Includes' tab within Enrich.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that the Syndication App remains accessible even when syndication is tagged to a work area containing a field type that no longer exists or has been removed. Now, when a field type is removed from the data model, the work area associated with that field type will be disconnected from the Syndication App.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that Print 1.0 users can now update table columns for type "Table" within the Control Center for AttributeSet Implementation. This fix allows users to modify existing table columns as needed for AttributeSet Implementation.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that when a scheduled extension is triggered with a 15-minute scheduled trigger time gap, the system now returns the appropriate error message instead of a fixed internal error message.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that when clicking the button to copy an API key in User Management, the message "The API key activity has been logged" is displayed correctly, and the API key is now successfully copied to the clipboard as intended.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that the value of a field with XML data type now displays correctly on the Overview page.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that users can upload resources in Contribute with the 'Automatic Import' flag enabled without encountering an 'Internal Server' error. Previously, this issue caused an error when attempting to upload resources under these conditions, which has now been resolved.
-
We have applied a solution to ensure that notification types created via the remote API are correctly reflected in the user interface.
- We have applied a solution to ensure that the deactivation property of CVL values updates correctly when running extensions via the cloud
-
We have applied a solution to ensure that activating or deactivating relations of links, which were previously blocked by ServerExtension, no longer push through with changes erroneously. Blocked transactions now appropriately prevent changes in the activation status of links, displaying a pop-up containing the "CancelUpdateArgument" message.
-
We have applied a solution to ensure that missing labels are added for a better user experience for users who have workflows enabled.
-
We have applied a solution to ensure that the DataService Search method in the Remoting API executes queries successfully and returns results matching the specified criteria in the work area, including conditions defined with "channel not equals".

Thank you
I wondered too, but found out that you need to add this to the ADMIN in Control Center. Would be nice that this was told in the Release notes... I hope this is the solution :-)
Sorry for the inconvenience, yes this is correct, and for clarity, I will add the following to the release notes above:
Note that! Only a user with the permission "DeleteAllLinksForLinkType" can see the function "Remove all relations" in the context menu for each entity link type

Hi,
Here is some additional information about this new feature that was described in the release notes above:
It has now been implemented so that users working with linked entities in Enrich can remove all links for an entity link type in one operation from the Details card view. This enhancement improves efficiency by enabling the removal of irrelevant links between entities. Note! Only a user with the permission "DeleteAllLinksForLinkType" can see the function "Remove all relations" in the context menu for each entity link type
There is a possibility to add custom permissions named in the format "DeleteAllLinksForLinkType[LinkTypeId] that can be used to limit users to only be able to remove links for the specific linktype.
This functionality is available in both Enrich on the Includes / Included in tabs as well as in Plan & Release on the Content tab where you will find the option "Remove all relations" in the context menu for the Link type (if you have the necessary permission).
Additional documentation about this functionality will be added to the knowledge base on the community shortly. Unfortunately we are a little bit behind there.
If there are any other functionality related to unlinking relations that you are still missing, please create a new product idea describing this in as much detail as possible.
If you have any feedback or want to discuss this in more detail you can also setup a meeting with me using this link: https://calendly.com/karin-bjornback
Thank you!
