inriver is moving towards more incremental, smaller releases to be able to accommodate our customers in a better and faster way. With smaller, more frequent releases, inriver will be able to increase the quality and transparency of the releases and be able to identify and mitigate any erroneous behavior that may be caused by the release much faster. Please note that larger features and/or changes that are deemed to have a strong impact on customers and partners will of course be communicated in advance.
Please see below for the deployed features and improvements:
- Enhancements has been made by introducing pagination and behind-the-scenes creation of search results when conducting a search in inriver PIM. If the search result is large, even though only the first 100 is displayed, the search will still continue but it will not block the user.
- Improvements to performance has been when it comes to Portal optimization and locale string; editing locale string should now be be able to support large field counts.
- As a use of the dashboard it is now possible to access the function in the header to create new entities from the Dashboard, so the user is no longer forced to go to Enrich to do this which will enhance the user experience.
Please see below for the deployed bug fixes:
- It has now been corrected so that images are showing correctly in inriver PIM portal even when the file extension is in capital letters.
- It has now been corrected so that the query search for entities with broken resource URLs will not cause the portal to become unresponsive.
- It has now been corrected so that it is now possible to click just once to have a table or card view after searching an entity.
- It has now been corrected so that in the Query Editor, when changing the browser language to a non-English language, it will not cause the search with datetime condition to return "data does not match the datatype" error.
- It has now been corrected so that conditions with children removed in the Query Editor will not longer result in "Unexpected Error".
- It has now been corrected so that the order of Categories in Mass Update will reflect the index of Category.
- It has now been corrected that users in Syndication using a custom function will now see the previews output successfully.

It says in the release notes that it is now possible to access the Create new entities from the dashboard. I've checked in a few customer environments and it is not visible there.
Hi Anette Olofsson, I think the feature you describe has not yet been deployed to all of our stacks. Its currently deployed to the US-stack and will be deployed to the EU-stack shortly. Sorry for the confusion!
